On July 14, director Fan Lijuan, and vice-director Huang Zhiwen, from Technical Training Department of Shenzhen Rescue Volunteers Federation (SRVF), together with Sun Li and Liu Hailing, visited Jingsh Law Firm Shenzhen Office, presenting a certificate of appreciation for the previous cooperation. Wu Qichun, director of Private Lending Legal Affairs Department, Jingsh Shenzhen, Zhang Xiaochen, vice executive director of Jingsh Shenzhen, Gong Jianying, administrative director of Jingsh Shenzhen, and Zhang Ling, head of Human Resource Department II, received them.
SRVF is a member of One Foundation Rescue Alliance. Launched in the Wenchuan earthquake in May 2008, it is a voluntary professional non-governmental volunteer organization. Since its establishment, it has actively participated in the rescue and major disaster response in surrounding and other areas and is committed to promoting community safety knowledge. It aims to spread the concept of safety, and voluntarily serve the community. At the meeting, Fan Lijuan briefly introduced the history, structure, and development direction of the federation, and expressed her gratitude to Jingsh Shenzhen for its support. She noted that the federation needs legal knowledge to escort in the course of operation. The team members also need legal services as strong support in the implementation of rescue, especially soon to the flood-fighting in Jiangxi. Lawyer Wu Qichun extended a warm welcome to the federation members and thanked for the recognition of the work of Jingsh Shenzhen. He said that the first aid lecture held by SRVF in Jingsh had not only improved the practical skills of the participants but also laid a good foundation for the pro bono rescue of Jingsh Shenzhen.
Director Zhang Xiaochen said that Jingsh Shenzhen has also integrated the pro bono concept into the whole development process. She hoped that the future cooperation between the two sides will help Jingsh Shenzhen make new progress in the pro bono rescue.
